I love sharing my excitement over my current favourite books, or books that I’m looking forward to in the future, and today in particular, I’m so excited to be a part of Alyssa Roat’s cover reveal for her upcoming YA fantasy, ‘Wraithwood’. If you’ve read any of my recent blog posts, you’ll definitely be well aware of my overwhelming love for her previous too books, co-authored with Hope Bollinger, ‘Dear Hero’ and ‘Dear Henchman’. These books are chat style superhero stories, and I love them so much. They’re both new favourites of mine. So, when I had the chance to participate in the cover reveal for her upcoming solo release, well, you know I had to say yes. A brand new YA fantasy from an amazing author, and it involves bloodthirsty magicians, magic, mansions, mazes, and a gorgeous cover like this? Sign me up! Plus, I hear tell that it also involves Arthurian Legends. I am a huge fan of anything based on the tales of King Arthur, so this gets my little bookish heart all excited. Also this cover.
